there was a tradition among a tribe to choose one man of them to climb mount everest, whoever succeed In the mission becomes the tribes next leader


the man chosen was known as weak and all men In the tribe became shocked that he was chosen.


the man accepted the challenge and headed to the mountain to reach It’s top, every progress seems so small In his eyes, but those at the bottom could see how far he came.


until he reached the top he couldn’t see his progress at all. 


all the people watching at the bottom was shouting his name and were happy for his victory.


when he came down the leader honored him and said: I chose climbing because It requires all the qualities needed In a good leader, and you proved that.
