  a closed talk Is a way with a closed end where there Is no ability to move forward, there Is an obstacle that gets In the way an obstacle that Is heavy to move. there Is no gain In a closed talk where the ego talks, It’s a ball that goes back and forth with no result.  everything Is ended without a real clarification, believing that It’s not needed, when It’s ended from one side the other side Is pressured to do the same. It’s Impossible that a lion will understand a bird, as the only language the lion understand Is roaring, which makes a bird fly far away, It only wants to own the place. their difference of power makes It hard for a common ground, the lion will be Ignored just like It Ignores. even the ones who think they are powerful enough to change a lion will be met with It loud roar, a roar that screams I'm here all should be afraid.

on a journey on a ship, all was having their best time over the sea by doing what they like, reading, talking or just looking out to the beautiful view, not far away from the ship someone was drowning and asking for help. the sounds Inside the cabinet was louder and nobody heard anything, but the captain saw a hand and decided to help with a life boat.  It was too late and there was no sign of a life anymore, no one knows who It Is, the captain told the police of the accident, they investigated everything and managed to pull her to the surface and tried to look for any documents to know her identity. her parents told the police and got the sad news that their daughter found dead In the ocean, but their reaction wasn’t as expected they didn’t show enough signs of sadness for her loss. all the people around were surprised and asked how can you be this calm while your daughter Is dead? don’t you miss her? actually her parents didn’t know how to feel, she hurt them alot while she was a...

  In a green valley a farmer had his small house, everyday the farmer provided the sheeps   the best grass and made sure to feed them correctly, during the spring the valley Is at It most beautiful period. after a while of walking the sheeps the farmer noticed signs that they are tired as they began to walk slower, It’s because of the height of the valley.  after noticing It they are no longer taken to exhausting valleys but streight green fields full of green grass. the sheeps got a lot happier and full of energy, they stopped eating, to show their gratefulness to the farmer they alarmed him when a wolf was near. the wolf harmed the sheeps and the farmer took a piece of the shirt to stop their legs from bleeding. after a while their legs recovered and the happy look returned. now the farmer Is more careful for any attack of wolves and leads the sheeps where It’s less dangerous.

  It’s not In the win by Itself that bring happiness but In the rewards that comes with It, the reward of recognition and respect. some rewards can’t be seen or touched yet they are more valuable, they don’t Increase the ego but Increase the pride. once a person have pride It’s protected with all cost, with hard work that Is never stopped, but pride can’t always be protected, It lives up to be damaged many times. most of the damages to the pride repair quickly but other stays, to cover It up the ego gets bigger.   the most valuable reward Is the reward we give to ourselves, external rewards are quickly forgotten and the search begins for more rewards, they can be like food and water. a reward says that no effort Is forgotten, It doesn’t have to be as equal as the achievement, some small achievement are widely recognized.  many challenges are avoided because of their small reward not knowing that a reward can grow just like a tree. ليس الفوز في حد ذاته هو الذي ...

  the Ice river distinguishes between the strong and the weak,  the ones who are warm Inside will survive, when the river freezes the body, there Is no other choice but to adapt. the body at first resist the extreme cold feeling and after few minutes get used to It, there are no more complaints just acceptance. more confidence Is gained from surviving the cold, and fighting the need to stay away from It, the Ice transform It’s qualities to the person, where nothing Is felt anymore. It’s a temporary period and the person will seek warmth again but this time with the won qualities from the Ice river, although It’s too cold but It Increases someone's tolerance. the one who tolerate the extreme cold water can tolerate everything, everyone outside get shocked from It, thinking It’s painful not knowing that It’s a cure.  the one who chose to swim In the Ice water knew how cold It’s going to be It’s not against expectations, It’s easier to tolerate what’s expected than...

  In a school the teacher gave her lesson as usual, one of her Intelligent student Interrupted   her and corrected one of her statements, the signs of embarrassment showed on her face and she started to get defensive. the student didn’t mean to embarrass her teacher but she has a habit of correcting mistakes as she feel obligated to do It. the teacher thought for herself I am grown up and should accept to make mistakes and should be a great example for my students. the next day she thanked her In front of everyone and repeated the correction again for them. ever since she acknowledged her everyone asked for her help In hard questions, she became a helping hand to her teacher. thank you she said to her teacher after the class, It’s you who helped me to get where I am and I’m grateful for you! a teacher Isn’t only teaching but learning she said with a calm voice.

  the values are stored In Jar and start to show up gradually with each Interaction, the more are shown the more the person Is clear, even when there are no seen benefits from the values they always serve In the end.   most of us are connected by the strong connection of shared values, but not with those who have them only In words but In action. words are lighter than action and the weight of values are heavy for those who can’t bear It.  on each phase they get stocked and need to be organized where the old Is thrown to make room for the new. even when changed some old values may suddenly show up like an unexpected guest but the guest wont come back when feeling unwelcome. the hardest test for values Is It’s stability In all situations and with all people, what’s not stable can’t be trusted, the hardest things to teach are values they are mostly believed In and not learned.
